About Me
I’m starting a new chapter, and I want you to be a part of it.
This journey began with my own experiences and a simple belief: aging doesn’t have to be a slow decline. It can be a vibrant, active time of growth, purpose, curiosity, and discovery.
After more than two decades navigating the fast-paced worlds of media and digital transformation across Asia, I came to realise that true vitality isn’t found in status, titles, or having the “right outfit.” It’s found in the conscious choices we make every day for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
This blog, Ageisano (“Age Is A No”), is where I document my personal journey and share the lessons I’m learning along the way.
From active aging and healthspan to travel, financial preparedness, purpose, and lifelong learning, I explore what it means to live well as we grow older. I approach life with curiosity and a willingness to experiment. Whether it’s trying a new wellness intervention, exploring emerging longevity science, rethinking retirement, or venturing to unfamiliar corners of the world, I share what resonates, what doesn’t, and what I learn in the process.
This isn’t just about research. It’s about real life.
I don’t claim to have all the answers. In fact, many of the questions I explore are the same ones I’m asking myself. What I can offer is an honest perspective, a willingness to test ideas, and a commitment to sharing both successes and setbacks along the way.
What started as a personal passion project has grown into a global conversation, reaching readers in more than 50 countries. Despite our different backgrounds and locations, many of us are asking similar questions:
How do we stay active, healthy, relevant, and engaged as we age?
How do we make the most of the years ahead?
And how do we continue growing, rather than simply growing older?
Ageisano is for all of us who refuse to let a number define us.
Join me as we explore how to live a full, dynamic life, make our own rules, and discover that some of the most meaningful adventures may still lie ahead.
